Welcome To Arizona Traditions!

Arizona Traditions has a small community feel with big community attractions. A 55-plus, guard-gated active adult community of 1,768 homes, Arizona Traditions is smaller than some of the large-scale adult communities of the Phoenix valley, yet it offers great amenities and an exciting and active lifestyle.

Activities and Amenities

Our 18-hole golf course winds through the Community and is challenging to players of all skill levels.

Three Community Centers are gathering places for residents. Two have fireplaces with a cozy lounge area to visit with friends. There are tables and chairs for card playing, free Wi-Fi, poker tables, billiard tables, shuffleboard tables, libraries, kitchens and more.

Our main Community Center houses our public Sports Bar which overlooks the Arizona Traditions Golf Course and has a stunning view of the White Tank Mountains with beautiful sunsets.

The Softball Field is considered one of the best in the retirement communities in the Valley. Our tennis & pickleball courts, pools and fitness centers and walking trail offer great exercise choices.

There is an activity for everyone!
